Welcome to Reality Racing. By accessing our website (realityracing.co) and using our services, including the Pit Pass Rewards program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Reality Racing. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Reality Racing. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
2. PIT PASS MEMBERSHIP
Membership Benefits: As a Pit Pass member, you receive exclusive perks including monthly free gear (typically 2 tees per month), 30% off our storefront, and automatic entry into exclusive racing giveaways.
Trial Period: We offer a 25-day introductory trial period. Full access to certain membership benefits, such as free tees, begins immediately after the trial period ends and the first full monthly payment is processed.
Subscription Billing: Following any introductory or trial period, you will be billed $49.99 per month. This fee is automatically charged to your provided payment method until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid the next month's billing, you must cancel before your next renewal date. If you cancel during a trial period, your access to perks ends immediately. If you cancel an active subscription, you will continue to have access to perks until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Delivery Times: Standard shipping within the USA typically takes 7 to 14 business days. International shipping can take 16 to 24 business days. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them: new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Reality Racing and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from us.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Reality Racing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
